1. Services
HydroFlow Drainage Preston provides drainage services including drain unblocking, CCTV surveys, jet washing, emergency drainage, drain repairs, and groundworks. All services are subject to these terms.
2. Quotations
We provide written quotations wherever possible. Any quoted price is valid for 30 days. If the scope of work changes once work has commenced, we will inform you and seek approval before proceeding with any additional work.
3. Guarantee
All drainage work carries a 12-month guarantee from the date of completion. This covers defects in workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, or events outside our control.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for consequential losses. We carry comprehensive public liability insurance.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
